Drinking Games For Three #1. Sevens

Number of Players: 3 or more

Best Alcohol: Beer

Materials Needed For This Drinking Game For Three:

  • Drinks for everyone
  • Table (optional)

How to Play

  1. This game is not to be confused with the card game by the same name, which can also be played as a drinking game, but requires a deck of cards to do so.
  2. For this Sevens game, players either sit at a table in a circle or stand in a circle.
  3. The first player begins counting with the number one. Play continues around the circle as people count normally.
  4. When the number seven is reached, the player must say “f*ck you” instead of seven.
  5. Play then switches directions and continues. Any player who reaches a number with a seven in it should say “f*ck you” instead of their number.
  6. If a player forgets and says their number, they have to take a shot.
  7. For a very challenging variation of this drinking game for three, include multiples of seven as well (14, 21, 28, etc).

Drinking Games For Three #2. F*ck The Dealer

Number of Players: 3 or more

Best Alcohol: Beer

Materials Needed For This Drinking Game For Three:

  • Deck of cards
  • Drinks for everyone

How to Play

  1. One player is designated as the dealer.
  2. Shuffle the deck of cards and place it in front of the dealer. The dealer can look at the top card on the deck, but none of the other players can.
  3. The first player to the dealer’s left then has two chances to guess the value of the top card. The dealer must tell them whether the card is higher or lower than what they guessed.
  4. If the player is wrong on their second guess, they must find the difference between the value of the card and the guess they made, and take that many shots.
    • For example, if a player guesses that a card is a 2 and it is really an 8, the dealer would tell them it’s higher. On the second guess, they might guess a 4. Since this is still wrong, they must subtract 4 from 8 and drink four shots.
  5. If the player gets it right on their first guess, the dealer takes four shots. If the player gets it right on their second guess, the dealer takes 2 shots.
  6. Play continues around the group this way. When the dealer has won against three people, the next person in line becomes the dealer.

Number of Players: 3 or more

Best Alcohol: Beer, but wine can work

Materials Needed For This Drinking Game For Three:

  • Single die
  • Drinks for everyone playing

How to Play

  1. This game is very simple. To begin with, everyone should sit in a circle either on the floor or at a table.
  2. The first player then rolls the single die. Whatever it lands on is the number to match for this round.
  3. The next player then rolls the die, trying to match the same number. If they roll lower than that number on their first turn, they can try again and add the totals together to try to match the number.
  4. Players can take up to three rolls to try to match the first player’s number.
  5. If there is a match, that player doesn’t drink. If they go over, it’s a “bust,” and they take a shot.
  6. Here is an example round to help illustrate a game of Bloody Hell:
    • Player One rolls the die and it lands on 5.
    • Player Two needs to match 5. They roll the die and it lands on 3. They roll again and it lands on 1. The total of these two rolls is 4, so they want to try one more time. The third roll, however, lands on 4. Their total is now greater than 5, so they take a shot.
    • Player Three rolls the die and it lands on 1. They roll again and it lands on 4. They have matched 5, so they don’t take a shot.
  7. Play continues around the group. There is no real winner or loser to this drinking game for three, and everyone will end up drinking!

  3. If a player makes it into their own glass, the other players must take a shot. If they make it into another player’s glass, that player must take two shots.
  4. If a player who was forced to take a shot then makes their bottle cap into the glass on their next turn, they can “give the shot back” and make the first player take a shot as well.

  3. The first player flips a coin and calls it. If they are right, they don’t have to drink.
  4. If the player is wrong, they have to chug the dirty pint.
  5. The pint is then refilled and play continues around the group.
  6. This game is best played in a group where not everyone is having the same thing to drink.
